If you are starting a new thread for a certain store go to the Tools tab(it will drop down) then go to the Store Shopping Lists. Find your store and choose Forum. You’ll be able to start a thread there. Let me know if you are still having problems. You can also reply to other threads that are already started(that button is at the top of the page). Hope that helps!
