Our menu changed a little last week. We ended up having quite a bit of leftovers from the roast so I shredded that and we had shredded beef sandwiches one night. My husband experimented with the taco meat and found a copycat Taco Bell recipe so we had nachos one night and tacos another. So we are having the lemon pepper chicken tonight(Sat.)
Breakfasts-cold cereal, toast, blueberries
Lunches-pb&js, leftover mixed veggies, chicken salad sandwiches, salad, fruit, applesauce(freezer)
Sunday-Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps with leftover chicken, salad, pudding
Monday-Meatballs, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies
Tuesday-Spinach Frittata and fruit salad
Wednesday-Leftovers
Thursday-Clam Chowder, bread, Spinach Salad
Friday-Chicken Cordon Bleu(freezer from cooking day), baked potatoes, and green beans
Saturday-Eat Out-we didn’t eat out last week so I’m sure I’ll be ready for a break!
