These past couple weeks have been great on the budget! We weren’t home so we didn’t spend much money since we were with family and friends a lot. Overall we didn’t spend too much dining out either.
Target $9.75-Diapers(I didn’t bring enough for the trip), baby powder, camera case(I got a new camera for Christmas so I won’t forget it at home anymore-it’s in my purse!), tampons, liners. I used a $10 gift card to bring the total down to $9.75
Safeway $17.33-tomato soup, shredded cheese, block cheese, cheddar slices, yogurt, orange juice, hamburger buns, bananas, cantaloupe, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots.
Weekly Total-$27.08
Monthly Total-$43.81
Our freezer is starting to get low, but I’m still planning on waiting until the 20th(new budget) to stock up on a lot of groceries. I have the menu penciled in for the next two weeks and it’s looking pretty good! We should come in under budget for the month which will help make up the overage in eating out/traveling during Christmas.
