Menu Plan January 10th-16th

We’re still sitting pretty good with eating from our fridge and freezer.  This is the last full week before I start a new budget(the 20th).  Back when I did the freezer cooking day I sketched out the month of December and most of January planning on only purchasing fresh produce, milk, bread, eggs.  So far we’re doing great.  Here’s what’s on the menu for the week:

Breakfasts-eggs, bacon, & toast, blueberry bagels, toast, cold cereal

Lunches-PB&J, fruit, carrots, BLT’s, leftovers, yogurt

Sunday-Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps for lunch, carrots, chips & salsa
Chicken Cordon Blue, loaded mashed potatoes, mixed veggies(all this is in the freezer so I just have to reheat and serve!)

Monday-Meatballs, mashed potatoes, leftover mixed veggies

Tuesday-Mandarin Orange Chicken Salad(romaine lettuce with cooked chicken, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds, and asian dressing)

Wednesday-Chicken, broccoli, rice bake

Thursday-Leftovers

Friday-Steaks, steak fries, corn, french bread

Saturday-Order Pizza
