Watch Me Wednesday-Menu Planning

by Danielle on January 13, 2010

It’s the second week of Watch Me Wednesdays where I’m talking about menu planning.  I planned a menu for about $35 and will be shopping at Sunflower Farmers Market and KingSooper.  Be sure to check out the weekly match ups for both KingSooper and Sunflower to get all of the prices of the items I mention.  Enjoy!

How many of you menu plan?  Do you do it based on the sales? Do any of you involve the kids and let them help decide or even help make the meal they choose?

I posted the lists included in the video in the comments below.  Hope that helps if you want to use the menu plan!

How cute was that!? :) It was also very informative! It is sometimes really hard to see the breakdown on spending just $40.00 a week and plan a healthy & quick dinner menu – you did a really great job at it. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this breakdown and continued success on your blog!!!!! Thanks!!!! Tina
