I enjoyed some girly(is that even a word?!) salads a few nights last week as my husband wasn’t able to join us for dinner. I feel like I’m stretching us a little this week as it’s close to the end of the budget.
Breakfast-Bacon, Egg, & Cheese McMuffins, bagels, cold cereal, fruit
Lunch-Grilled Cheese, PB&J, Salads, Leftovers, carrots, yogurt with blueberries, chips
Sunday-Chicken Noodle Soup with homemade bread
Monday-BLT’s, pears
Tuesday-Stir Fry with rice
Wednesday-Potato Soup, Salad, Bread
Thursday-Tacos, Chips & Salsa, Rice
Friday-I’m not sure-either leftovers or frozen pizza and salad. It’s usually a fun night for my husband and I after the kids go to bed. We try to be intentional about spending some quality time together and catch up after a long week. Something easy with popcorn later!
Saturday-Eat Out(we have a Chili’s gift certificate from Christmas to use)

Oh man….can I come for dinner on Monday? For some reason BLTs and pears is hitting the imaginary spot right now!!!
Haha! I have a feeling it’s going to be clementines and some chips and salsa instead! The pears didn’t make it in the cart today!
