When I looked at it last week I only noted the states listed on the 1st rebate form. Each rebate is valid in different state. Unfortunately the $7.50 on isn't valid in CO-so sorry. It looks like the only ones valid in CO are the ones where you have to purchase alcohol too. Brooke,
