Thank You so much for sharing this information!!
Does Safeway do “double” coupons now? I never thought they did that in the past. If so, that is great!!!
Stacy, yes they do! I think it was in July that they started. All coupons from $.01-$.50 are doubled. $.51-$.99 are rounded up to $1. Anything $1 or above is redeemed at face value.
Moneysavingmom.com posted that Annie’s mac n cheese is on sale for .99 and there is a coupon available that would make it free.
Thanks Robin-I’ll check into it and see if I can get the link for the coupon! Excellent deal!
I saw the deal on the Soft soap, and went yesterday to buy it, however the MFQ coupon in the SS 1/03 ad won’t work as there is a size requirement of 8.5 oz. and this is for the 7.5 oz. The coupon beeped and they would not take the coupon. I didn’t even pay attention as this was a deal I did a while back.
Thanks Bridget-the printable will work as there is no size restriction so you can still get them for $.08 each! The printable is for any size.
I just posted this on Springs Bargains, but I thought I would add it here as well. I found a free booklet at my Safeway called ‘Make it Tonight’, ‘Simple, Affordable Meals’. This booklet contains recipes and several pages of coupons that are valid through 2/28/2010.
At my Safeway (in Denver), I found them by the bags of lettuce and also by the Hamburger Helper.
