Menu Plan January 24th-30th

I’m excited to try a new recipe on Monday night.  We usually do an italian dish on Monday nights.  Here’s the plan:

Breakfast-Griddle cakes, fruit, yogurt, cold cereal

Lunch- leftover soup, broccoli, fruit, carrot sticks, yogurt, pb&j, grill cheese

Sunday-Chicken Noodle Soup(carried over from last week), bread

Monday-Manicotti, salad, garlic bread

Tuesday-leftovers

Wednesday-Crockpot roast beef, potatoes, carrots, onions, with homemade bread

Thursday-French Dip Sandwiches with leftover beef, broccoli, oven roasted potato wedges.

Friday-Birthday dinner for Abbie!  Probably grab pizza and have friends over for cake and ice cream.

Saturday-Brats, chips, fruit salad

Do you have a plan for meals this week?  I worked the roast in the menu since it’s on sale for $1.99lb at Albertsons this week.  I will also pick up a spiral ham(I’m still kicking myself for not getting one at Christmas) for next week.
