I’ve shared with you before that I usually shop for my kids second hand and at the end of the season. My thoughts on that are most kids clothing are outgrown rather than worn out. Some of the best deals I’ve found for my kids are at the end of the season(yes, next year’s winter jackets are hanging in their closets!)

Okay… what do I love about resale shops? Because when I had a last minute emergency during the holidays and needed two dresses for my toddlers ASAP.. I ran in, and ran out with 3 dresses and a gift from Santa for 25$… awesome!

I love resale shops because you can get great products really cheap. Some of my favorite clothes came from resale shops. Also, since the clothes have been washed/dried a number of times, the clothes DON’T shrink! I also love it for my kids, because I hate spending a lot of money on clothes they will grow out of quickly. Also, my girls at times are picky about what they wear. If I spend $1.50 on something and they decide they don’t like it, no big deal.

I live in Fort Collins…long drive for me, but I have family I can visit if I make the trip. I would rather come down during the sale days starting on the 28th, but I see the drawing is on the 27th. Also, I noticed Sprouts Market is not a store that I’ve seen you review. They’ve got a few stores in the metro area and have some rather good weekly sale pricing. One to check out if you haven’t already…FYI

What do I love about resale shops? I love that i can get nice looking clothes for my little ones for fairly cheap. I hate how much clothing costs and how fast they grow out of them!
I haven’t been to Kid to Kid though, but I would love to give it a shot. I am not sure where one is located.

I love Kid to Kid! They always have what you need without paying full price. And kids don’t wear anything out before they outgrow it. Plus, buying second hand is environmentally friendly. No new packaging and no energy used to make another brand new item. Thanks Danielle!

I have become a resale/thrift store addict in the last several years. I love how I can get WAY more stuff for my money at a place like that than a normal priced store. And I love finding brand new items with the tags still on – or barely used for an incredible price. I also love that this method of shopping is all about recycling – love it!

I love resale shops because I can get good quality clothes for what I would pay for the cheap stuff in a regular store. I have not been to a Kid to Kid store yet but I am eager to try them out.

I love resale shops! My boys are 15months apart in age but wear the same size clothing. I can’t do hand-me-downs, so the resale shops save me money when having to buy double of everything.

When my 5 yr old was a baby I used Kid to Kid a lot! I haven’t gone there in a while and thanks for reminding me of that place! I used it when my husband was placed from full time to part time to sell a lot of her baby items that were no longer needed. I love how they give you two options, either shopping credit or cash.
