As many of you know I attended the Fiber One Taste Test Event out at Colorado Mills last weekend. These little cups of yogurt are packed with amazing flavor and nutrients. I was looking at a chart that listed various snacks and their fiber and fat content listed. The other snacks didn’t even compare. Fiber One looks and tastes even better to me after looking at the other options! I get 5 grams of fiber and no fat!
I also love the variety of flavors: Strawberry, Peach, Vanilla, and Key Lime. I love adding a few blueberries the vanilla! I still can’t get over how you can actually taste the graham cracker crust in the Key Lime Pie-I seriously feel like I’m eating dessert!(which is good for me because I have the world’s worst sweet tooth!)

I have cut out all evening snacks to try and lose weight. I have tried the Fiber One Yogurts before and they seem to keep you fuller longer than other brands! Yummy, too!

I’ve never had Fiber One before but it sounds yummy and healthy. For a healthy lifestyle, I’ve been trying to decrease my portion sizes just a little at each meal.
I am trying to live a healthier lifestyle by using products without all the added chemicals. It’s too expensive to do it all at once… but i’m slowly replacing things as I go, and definately buying all natural products for my baby!
I haven’t tried the Fiber One Yogurt but I think I will. I always like strawberry, peach, and vanilla flavors for yogurt so those flavors are perfect! Another quick and easy way to get more finer is to add powdered fiber like Fibersure or Benefiber to meals when you are cooking. The powders don’t have any flavor and they dissolve easily – you won’t even know it’s there!
Thanks for a great giveaway! I haven’t tried fiber yogurt, but I am trying to make healthy changes. I’ve started making bread from scratch – I guess that’s the biggest change for now. Another small thing I’ve done is start a weekly menu plan. This helps keep me on track with spending, and less likely to turn to something prepackaged and loaded with who-knows-what. You’ve got a great blog – thanks for all the effort you put into it!

Lalalalalove Yoplait Fiber One yogurt! Especially when I find them in the Dairy Markdown case at Safeway and can match coupons and eCoupons for overage! The yogurt is good too
My favorite is Key Lime as well.
Is it crazy that I’ve never tried it? If it is like any other kind of yogurt, STRAWBERRY will come in first, with peach second.

I have only tried the strawberry but would love the opportunity to try the other flavors.
I made a change to my lifestyle this January. Everyday I spend 10 minutes on my stationary bike. If it where 30 minutes I would make excuses and not get on my bike but I have excersized 29 of 31 days this month. Additionally I have run 4 two-mile runs this month but only require 10 minutes on my bike.

I like the idea of fiber one yogurt a because I love yogurt of any type . An added benefit of fiber is also being pushed by my diabetic educator to help with stabilizing my blood glucose levels. I will get the best of both worlds and will have to try it this week
