A Must Have-Simple Cheeseball

Note-This picture doesn't do it justice-it really is delicious!

I am all about simple recipes that require only a few ingredients.  In fact, some of our favorite recipes are only 3-4 ingredients!  I’ll post some more recipes soon!

Every year around Thanksgiving and Christmas when my husband hears my chopper he knows I’m making his favorite cheeseball.  This is from his Aunt Susie and a must-have for the holidays or any occasion!  And…it’s super easy to make!

It’s only 3 ingredients

  • 1 8oz package of cream cheese(softened to room temp)
  • 1 package dried beef
  • 1 package green onions
  • Plastic wrap is a life saver!

Chop half of the dried beef.  Chop the green onion into tiny pieces and add onion and beef into mixture.(pretend the onion is in there-I almost forgot it and didn’t get a picture!)  Stir really well.

Take a piece of plastic wrap and scoop the mixture into the middle of it.

Wrap the sides up and shape into a ball-or for the Super Bowl a football.(this eliminates your hands becoming a sticky mess!).

Next, chop the rest of the dried beef then roll the cheeseball into it covering all sides.  Refridgerate.

Dig in with your favorite crackers.  We prefer Wheat Thins!

Cheeseballs are way too addictingly good. :) I like how this one is pink-ish red so you could make it for Valentines parties.

Yum. I’ll have to try this one. I usually do the salsa poured over the cream cheese, served with wheat thins. Super easy too! I’m always up for easy get-together foods. Thanks :)
