Watch Me Wednesday-Integrating Freezer Cooking: Taco Chili

Ok, so this is late, but it’s up!  You’ll have to excuse me as I was not feeling the greatest at all today so you get to see me with no make up and all….ahem, sorry about that!

Just wanted to show you guys how working ahead and getting part of the meal cooked ahead of time can really speed up your time in the kitchen each evening.

The kids added a little ‘music’ to the background. Love my babies!

Another point I wanted to make was to keep things simple.  I didn’t have any corn on hand(that’s the veggie we seem to use up first-time to stock up at KingSoopers this week!)
