100% whole grain, no trans fat, no artificial flavors, no artificial preservatives, no MSG – just add meat and, voila! Dinner is served!
Last week I made the Mediterranean Chicken from Good Earth. It was amazing-really! I was a little worried that my husband wouldn’t eat it since it is whole grain pasta, but he didn’t even notice!(usually I mix regular with whole grain when we have pasta). I think the fact that it was angel hair sold him!
At first I thought I was going to have several pots and pans to clean up afterwards, but I ended with one bowl(that I coated the chicken in), a fry pan, and a pot for the noodles. Clean up was easy and dinner was great! 
Again, serving something out of the box always worries me a little, but adding fresh chicken and knowing there weren’t any artificial flavors, presesrvatives, or MSG made me feel good about trying the product. Last time I was in Target, I noticed they were carrying this line(unfortunately I forgot to look at the price). They have several flavors to choose from: Mediterranean Chicken with angel hair pasta, Spicy Citrus Glazed Shrimp with angel hair pasta, Herb Crusted Chicken with mushroom risotto, or Tuscan Chicken with penne pasta.
You have to purchase the meat for these meals, but hey, don’t you have to do that with Hamburger Helper too? I’d take this any day!
