Check the markdown racks at the back of the store- They sometimes have Covergirl items marked to $.99 so they would be free with a $1 off coupon and would get you closer to the $30 needed for the rebate. And then it becomes a moneymaker. For example if you are able to find 5 $.99 cent Covergirl products and use the $1 off coupons then you have reached $30 and will get $10 rebate and the $10 gift card mentioned above from Safeway and only spent about $10.47 out of pocket, pre tax. *Update, I haven’t tried this one myself but thought you should know that now that I have the actual ad in front of me the small print says purchases exclude coupons.
