In Ad Coupons

Backpacks or Bags $9.99 and BOGO

Dawn Dish Liquid $.99
$0.25/1 Dawn Product, exp. 8-31-10 (P&G 08/01/10)
$1/1 Dawn Product, exp. 8-31-10 (P&G 08/01/10)
Best price would be FREE if you have the $1 off coupon, if not then $.74 which I wouldn’t consider a good price but decent if you need a few to hold you over until the next sale

Pampers Diapers $8.99 with $3 RR when you buy 2, $5.99 each after reward
Use 2 x $1.50 off coupons and use buy Pampers Get Free Wipes if you still have them

Again, not a stock up price.  Keep in mind that they are $9.99 a pack at Safeway and if you spend $25 you get $10 towards a gift card.  The $5.99 package of wipes is included in the sale so I would save your coupons for that deal.  You could buy 2 packs of Pampers and 2 big wipes for $31.96  and get your total to $22.96 with the BOGO wipes and 2 $1.50 diaper coupons.  Then you get the $10 reward making these $12.96 for 4 items and then you can enter your Pampers codes for gifts.  I got the Diego potty seat.  And if for some reason you are not happy with the new Pampers Dry Max product you can submit your receipt and get a refund on one pack. www.pampers.com.

The Nivea and Pepsi deals also look good.  I think I must have shopper’s burn out because I am not in the least bit interested in Walgreen’s this week.  It is just too hard to take kids in the drugstores. I don’t know if your store has the same issue but none of the shopping carts have working seat belts.  Last time I couldn’t use the stroller because I was planning to buy a massive quantity of diapers. No suprise that my boy fell out of the cart in the parking lot. Granted I should have known better than to turn my back to put the diapers in the trunk but it really, really scared both of us. And unlike the grocery stores there is no one to help you out if you buy a lot (12 mega packs of diapers in my case). I now carry a bungee cord in the trunk for when this comes up or take the stroller if I am only buying small items but it is a lot of steps considering you probably can’t get everything on your list and need a separate trip to the grocery store.  My husband and I have been up since 5 and took the boy to a nature area for some hiking and to search for ducks to feed.  Then we went to Southlands to play in the water fountain and had a blast.  We did our Sam’s run for tonight’s special dinner and got a call from my mom.  She fell and is at Urgent Care right now.  My wonderful hubby took charge and went to get her so I could put the little guy down for a much needed nap, do some work and get ready for the get together tonight.  Needless to say I am so distracted not being there myself to help out and am not getting all that much work done. If I haven’t put you in a sour mood along with me here’s some more good deals at Walgreens this week courtesy of Moms Thrifty Deals:

How come I never see post updates on facebook anymore? I keep missing all of these wonderful posts. I didn’t even realize someone had taken over the blog until yesterday! Guess I’m too stuck in my little FB world :)

And the person who took over is technically challenged and keeps forgetting to update that Facebook page! I have wrote myself a note to keep up on it so you never have to leave the wonderful world of Facebook. Thanks for the reminder!
