Monday- Kids Eat Free at Chili’s- night off from cooking!
Tuesday-Breakfast For Dinner- Eggs, Potatoes, Bacon, Fruit Salad from My Mom
(one hour “power cooking” planned- will prep and cut potatoes, cooking bacon & baked potatoes in oven and assembling freezer bags of potato soup, using some of the bacon for the soup)
Wednesday-Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff (planning to use 8 quart crock pot for this- will make two extra’s for future meals, adding everything but sour cream to freezer bag)
Thursday-Potato Cheese Soup & Sandwiches, Salad
Friday- Pizza & Salad
Saturday-Beef Stew with Rice (making extra rice & planning to use extra stew beef for stir fry next week)
Sunday- Grilled Chicken, Veggies & Wacky Mac (will set aside some chicken for stir fry & chicken pasta next week)
Monday- Alfredo Pasta with Chicken from Sunday, Salad
Tuesday- Chicken & Beef Stir Fry with previously cooked meat and rice plus chopped veggies from freezer
Wednesday- Crock Pot Chili, Cornbread
Thursday- BBQ Chicken, Twice Baked Potatoes (from previous week cooking-in freezer) Applesauce
(leftover chicken to go into wraps for lunches using free tortillas that have been in the freezer)
Friday- Taco Salads (using Chili from Wednesday)
Saturday- Mexican Stuffed Shells (with meat cooked when making chili-making several batches)
Sunday-Manicotti from before the move freezer cooking
If you need a recipe please let me know and I’ll see what I can find. I usually just “wing it”. Hopefully at the end of a few of the “power cooking” session the freezer will be full again:)
