Speaking of Pampers…..I just realized I have been buying them for eleven years now. Not continuously, thankfully! Today is the day in 2000 that we learned that we were expecting a little girl, our beautiful Amber Lee. It goes so fast….
“A” doesn’t get a lot of mention on DMM mostly because she is becoming a young woman and I try to respect her privacy. It’s hard to believe but she is at times embarrassed by me. Gasp- it’s true. The other part of it is that she is my “good” kid and doesn’t pull nearly the the number of hijinks’s that Jake does. She is one of those daughters every mom dreams of- kind, smart, funny, sweet and tough. She spent the summer working a produce garden with her troop so they could help feed the less fortunate and works her buns off at school, at home, at soccer and in choir. Her family couldn’t be more proud of her.
