Walmart Trip- Saved $70, Paid $27

by erica on December 19, 2011

I’m doing this all from memory since the receipt in in the car and my boy is in the tub but hopefully this is close enough;)

3 Coke Zero $1.28, used $.99 Facebook coupon- paid $.29 each
5 Chef’s Request Fillets $5.98, used $3 off Facebook coupon- paid $2.98 per two fillet package-
we tried these when we first started using coupons and while they are not the $40 steakhouse steak, they are pretty good
2 Green Giant Canned Vegatables $.58, used $.50/2 from paper, paid $.33 each
Kotex Naturals $.97, used $1 off from sample by mail-free
3 Mission Taco Shells $1.28, used $1 off peelies- paid $.28 each- I found the peelies in the produce/tortilla area and used them on the cheapest shells I could find in the canned goods area

*Price Match With Albertson’s Ad: only good until Wednesday but there are still a lot of similar deals out there with the coupon stacking
Nabisco Crackers & Cookies $1.49 (for Wheat Thins)-$1.99 for Saltines, Ritz and Chips Ahoy
used $1 off peelies found on Saltines and $1 off printables plus B2G1 free coupon- paid …well…my son is splashing the laptop while I am typing while sitting on toliet….very cheap indeed. Look for green peelie stickers on the Nabisco crackers- and no, I didn’t clear any shelves when I found them.

If you are a Mt. Dew drinker keep an eye out for a B2G1 free tearpad by the 2 liters for $1.28 and stack with the $1/2 here.

Good job, does your wal mart take printed coupons? All the ones I go to dont, I wonder if Aurora or Parker does.
