There goes my weekly grocery budget- I’m a little sad that this is all we got and I only have $5 left for any other good deals that come up. It was a good lesson for my daughter though who happened to be home from school ”sick”. She got sick with a stomach bug and couldn’t go back until 24 hours after the last time she vomited although she seemed just fine and didn’t have a fever. It was a lesson in integrity though- I hate her to miss school but rules have to be followed. I was able to demonstrate to her exactly how far our budget goes, even with using coupons, groceries are expensive! Maybe now she will understand why I get so upset when we waste food. And hopefully I dispelled and thoughts she might have had about me going to the spa while her little brother is in preschool two mornings a week.

Tried the Brawny coupon, and it did not work. So they must not have reset it. You got lucky!! Way to go. I think we shop the same Safeway ( near E470 and Gartrell? Were there any Fruit Snacks left?????
