This looked complicated but really only took me about two minutes-
Go here to sign up for Amazon Local-  on the purchase page uncheck the subscribe button if you don’t want Orange County deals sent to you.  You do need to enter a credit card number but your total will be zero.  After doing so you should be directed to your voucher page which will have a code. Copy it.
Click here to enter your code.  I copied “copy” and had to remove it from the end before my code would work.  Redeem your credit by July 12th.
Then buy up a ton of those $.25 songs!
