Be sure to check you King Soopers/Kroger stores for toy markdowns. I found Hot Wheels and Thomas the Train toys very cheap. The Thomas the Train toy was $12.99 originally and marked down to $1.30- It is the “Summer Festival” one. You may have to compare the upc codes on the shelves to ensure you got the ones that are 75% off. If that doesn’t work you can ask them to scan it for you or head to self check out to double check prices. I bought a few of these to keep stashed for birthdays and Christmas.

Hey, watch out for this! Was just at the King Soopers in Parker, saw Spiderman toys for sale 90% off, selling for 20 cents each. Didn’t believe it so took one to the service counter for a price check and they rang up at $9.99. Glad I didn’t load up my cart!
