I’ll try to post a couple recipes this week for some healthy snacks.  Here is what is on the menu(tentatively) for the week:
Breakfast-homemade cinnamon rolls, cold cereal, egg sandwiches, fruit, fresh oj
Lunch-leftovers, pb& j, grilled cheese, fresh veggies(carrots, red peppers, cucumbers), fruit, yogurt.

So Simple, So Delicious!

One of my favorite meals last week was grilled cheese and tomato soup.  We had made homemade bread in the bread machine over the weekend so I used that and cheddar cheese.  Pair it with Muir Glen Tomato Basil soup and you have an amazing meal that was so simple, but oh so delicious!

We’ll be gone the first part of the week so I’ll only be listing when we’ll be here.  Grandpa and Grandma get to decide what’s on the menu for Sunday and Monday!

I’m excited to try a new recipe on Monday night.  We usually do an italian dish on Monday nights.  Here’s the plan:
Breakfast-Griddle cakes, fruit, yogurt, cold cereal
Lunch- leftover soup, broccoli, fruit, carrot sticks, yogurt, pb&j, grill cheese
Sunday-Chicken Noodle Soup(carried over from last week), bread
Monday-Manicotti, salad, garlic bread
Tuesday-leftovers
Wednesday-Crockpot roast beef, potatoes, carrots, onions, with homemade bread
