I’ve signed up for most of these and have tried to include only the ones I have had a good experience with.  It has become like a part time job for me since you can easily make a few hundred dollars (or the equivalent in gift cards or other rewards).  I have a junk mail account set up for all the surveys I do and have them set to go to a specific folder when they come in.  That way when I have a few extra minutes, like while sitting on hold, I can get through them all quickly.  Some of the best ones I have seen have sent grocery items to review which helps the old budget out.  Happy Surveying!
